RETURN POLICY

All sale items are non-returnable, final sale.

KRUSH Shapewear will accept NON-SALE items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new and resale-able condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a store credit by email. Store credit cannot be used on the website directly, only on phone orders. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Store credit must be redeemed within 12 months (1 year) from the date issued.

Special exemptions are as follows:

• All special order(s) are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.

• Sale items or permanently reduced merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Email krush@body-krush.com and include your invoice number, shipment tracking number, and reason for the exchange. Your RMA number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Merchandise sent to us without an RMA number or COD will be denied by our warehouse.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Krush Shapewear is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Production Variances

Please remember that some of our products may show differences in the color or texture. Such differences are inherent in handmade products, so there may be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.
